Absolutely appalling customer service. The woman is rude, is always on the phone ignoring her customers, and refuses to help, including keeping my vouchers for my newspaper even when asked for them. Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever come across, only mitigated by a cheerful delivery man - and he's left now to join the police anyway! Who can blame him - maybe he'll come back and sort her out!
