after being a loyal customer fir over 2 yeats I have found the service going down but prices going up. Each time I went staff became more relaxed chatted above your head as if you werent there. Once when i was kept waiting for over 10mins to be seen dispite arriving on time they were not happy when I said I needed to leave ontime. They then got two hairdressers to blow dry my hair leaving me with two sides different! when I complained I got raised eyebrows and was made to feel awkward. The last occassion I needed to camcel my appoibtment due to an emergency at work and without any warning informed me they would be charging me for the appointment! this salon thinks they are West end top end when in reality they are servicing the blue rinse brigade at best and are producing bog standard cuts.
